The ILT960-UVLS is a Low Stray Light version of the ILT960-UV. The ILT960UVLS-RAA4 includes ILT’s special zeroing filter to reduce
stray light and noise and allow measurement of “no light”.
The ILT960-UV is ILT's new portable, compact UV spectrometer with increased broadband sensitivity. The ILT960 can measure UV
light levels as small as .4 uW/cm2/nm. The ILT960-UV comes in three standard configurations. All systems come standard with
SpectrILight III software, 1 meter long fiber, input optic, tripod, hard storage case, and NIST traceable, ISO17025 accredited
calibration with certification and data files
The ILT960-VIS is a portable mini spectrometer used to measure both light amplitude and wavelength. The ILT960-VIS comes in four
standard configurations. All systems come standard with SpectrILight III software, 1 meter long fiber, input optic, tripod, hard
storage case, and NIST traceable, ISO17025 accredited calibration with certification and data files.
The ILT960-BB is a portable mini spectrometer optimized for VIS-NIR light applications. The ILT960-BB comes in four standard
configurations. All systems come standard with SpectrILight III software, 1 meter long fiber, input optic, tripod, hard storage case,
and NIST traceable, ISO17025 accredited calibration with certification and data files.
The ILT960-NIR is a compact, broad-band, portable, mini spectrometer optimized for NIR applications. The ILT960-NIR includes our
RAA4 mini right angle diffuser, 1 meter long fiber optic light guide, rugged case, tripod, calibration and software.

SpectrILight™ III is a LabView™ based software package for Windows that allows you to acquire spectral and color data. Analysis of the data is now calculated instantly within the same program - no exporting required!
The NEW version of SpectrILight™ III has additional calculations for metamerism, and 2 and 20 degree observer. The new Overlay feture allows the user to compare the base reading to current radings. Wavelength range, integration time, scan average and other controls can be easily set through pop up windows, menus and tool bars. Absolute Irradiance and chromaticity are calculated instantly.
SpectrILight™ III is LabView™ based software and can be easily customized for specific OEM applications. For API applications, Multiple DLL’s are available. Please contact ILT Technical Sales for more information.
