IL RGS-2 UV-VIS-NIR Spectroradiometer

The RGS-2 is a research grade spectroradiometer featuring 2 gratings for optimal coverage of the spectrum between 200nm and 1100nm. Its integrated internal optical filter wheel aids the RGS-2 to achieve significantly better than 1 0-4 stray light rejection over its entire working range. The spectroradiometer has a working resolution of better than 2nm with the included 250 micron entrance slit and optional fiber optic input assemblies. The RGS-2 also includes 100 micron and 500 micron slit assemblies for higher resolution or higher throughput applications.
